  Tomáš Budník

  Chief Executive Officer

  Graduated in Automated Management Systems at the Engineering Faculty of VŠB - Technical University Ostrava. He has worked in the telecommunications industry for more than 15 years; he worked in management positions at INEC, Český Telecom and GTS. He was primarily responsible for sales and marketing management, product management, customer care and regulation issues. He worked for GTS from 2003, and later in the successor organisation GTS Novera, member of the GTS CE group, where, for the last two years, he was in charge of planning, construction, development and operation of the telecommunication network and for service provision.

  Michal Dvořák

  IT Director

  Michal came to MobilKom, a.s. in January 2010 from GTS Novera, where he worked as IS Development Director. In addition to the development of information systems, he was, in 2000 - 2008, in charge of IT consolidation of INEC, Dattel, GTS Czech, KPN Qwest, Aliatel, Contactel, Nextra and Telenor. His last project concerned the IT aspects of the OneGTS project for the merger of regionally autonomous GTS companies under the umbrella of GTS CE.

  Oleg Vojtíšek

  Director of Customer Care

  Oleg Vojtíšek has more than 10 years of experience in telecommunications, customer care and telemarketing. He launched his career in the field in GTS Czech, where he also worked as product manager and manager for development of voice services. He later went on to start EMEA, an alternative provider of telemarketing and database services, which he helmed for five years. He also worked as customer care consultant or various financial and telecommunications companies.

  Jan Slabihoud

  Director of Wholesale

  Jan Slabihoud has many years of experience in the field of telecommunications. Prior to joining MobilKom, a.s. he worked in Aliatel as Senior Wholesale Manager responsible for marketing of wholesale voice and data services. After the merger of GTS Czech and Aliatel in 2005, he became Director Wholesale Data Services in the successor organisation GTS Novera; in this position he primarily catered to national and international wholesale partners and customers. At the group level of GTS Central Europe he helped to coordinate and manage wholesale activities in Central and Eastern Europe. He graduated in Telecommunications at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague, and has been working in telecommunications since 1998.
